As a JUNIOR SALESMAN (w/m/d), you will be a committed ambassador in our Marylebone store. Your responsibilities include sales from A to Z (from greeting to checkout and managing vacations), along with all other tasks necessary for the store's smooth operation.

We are looking for a full-time candidate.

Your main activities will include:

Advising customers to meet their expectations

• Representing and transmitting the brand's history, values, and commitments
• Proposing products and services tailored to customer needs with appropriate technical arguments
• Recruiting and retaining customers through the CRM program and ensuring customer satisfaction

Achieving revenue to enhance store profitability

• Supporting end-to-end sales processes and converting prospects into customers
• Knowing cash procedures, refunds, returns, etc.
• Contributing to the achievement of sales objectives and the growth of physical and omnichannel sales

Performing non-sales tasks to ensure a premium in-store experience:

• Participating in visual merchandising according to PB standards (labeling, merchandising, POS, folding, cleanliness)
• Respecting stock management procedures (receiving, dispatching, restocking, inventory management)
