Job summary

Deichmann are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our Coatbridge store. This is a part-time, permanent position with 8 hours per week, day shifts, start date immediately.

You will earn up to £12.91 per hour plus non-contractual hourly sales commission and play a key role in delivering a great customer experience.

Ideal candidate brings energy, team spirit and a positive attitude; duties include serving at till, stock replenishment and helping customers to find products.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Positive, can-do attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Approach customers and provide helpful product information.
• Serve customers at the till and process sales transactions.
• Promote and upsell complementary products with each sale.
• Collaborate with the team to hit store targets and KPIs.
• Replenish stock and process deliveries promptly.
• Keep the shop floor clean and tidy at all times.
• Perform additional duties as required.
