Job Overview

Job purpose

An exciting apprenticeship opportunity through Babington has arrived for New Look Retailers Limited.

If you are looking to progress your career in Retail, this position will give you insight into all aspects of retail, including providing excellent customer service, processing click and collect orders, working in changing rooms, merchandising in different departments, working on the tills, and getting to know products in all departments by rotating areas where you work.

Along with learning about New Look's policies and procedures, you will work towards a Modern Apprenticeship in Retail. This qualification covers areas such as health and safety, teamwork, customer service, and sales. There are a wide range of optional units reflecting the diversity of the sector and the multi-channel nature of modern retail business.

You will have a head start if you've completed a Foundation Apprenticeship in a related field. We will need you to provide evidence of your qualification and demonstrate relevant skills gained from your placement.

For this position, you must have good communication skills, be confident in communication, enjoy fashion, be reliable, digitally minded, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and willing to learn.
