Retail Sales Assistant - Lisburn

Location: Lisburn

Hours: Full-time (includes weekend work & late-night Thursdays)

Salary: £26,000 DOE

We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused Retail Furniture Sales Assistant to join our friendly showroom team. If you enjoy chatting with people, have a flair for interiors, and thrive in a busy retail environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming and assisting customers, offering expert advice and product knowledge
• Creating an enjoyable and engaging showroom experience
• Styling and maintaining showroom displays to inspire our customers
• Using EPOS systems to process sales and manage stock
• Supporting day-to-day showroom operations
• Working weekends and late nights on Thursdays as part of a rota

What we’re looking for:

• Ideally 2+ years’ experience in a retail sales role (furniture or homeware preferred)
• A genuine interest in interiors and home styling
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with customers
• Proactive and positive attitude, with a hands-on approach
• Comfortable using EPOS and in-store tech systems
