Job summary

Sports Direct, part of the Frasers Group, is seeking a Sales Assistant to greet customers, help them find products, and provide fast, friendly service. You will keep the floor tidy, restock shelves, and process transactions efficiently while promoting offers and upselling where possible.

The role emphasises teamwork, flexibility, and a customer-first mindset, with a supportive, fast-paced setting across 600+ stores. No two shifts are the same, and training is provided to help you learn quickly.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• Strong communication and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find the right product.
• Deliver high standard service from entry to checkout.
• Keep the shop floor tidy, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Replenish shelves to keep the floor ready for customers.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Promote current offers and upsell where appropriate.
• Work with the team to hit daily sales and service goals.
