Job summary

Charles Tyrwhitt is seeking a Sales Assistant for the Lakeside store on an 8 hours per week contract. The role requires weekend and evening flexibility and will involve delivering excellent customer service and contributing to sales KPIs.

You will also assist with stock checks, replenishment, deliveries and maintaining visual merchandising and store safety standards, working as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or hospitality setting focused on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional customer service and maximise sales and KPI targets.
• Perform stock related tasks including stock checks, replenishment and deliveries; ensure VM and store housekeeping standards.
