Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Delivering the highest level of customer service, greeting and assisting customers with product knowledge.
• Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets.
• Processing payments, customer orders and reservations.
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising.
• Maintaining high standards on shop floor and in back areas.
