The Role

As a Sales Assistant, you will support your store team in achieving sales targets and providing outstanding customer service to enhance KPI performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive store performance by maximizing sales opportunities and supporting target achievement.

- Deliver exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and repeat business.

- Offer personalized service, communicating proactively with customers about products and tastings.

- Share your passion and knowledge of our range, supporting your WSET qualification.

- Maintain the store’s appearance and operational tasks, including stock deliveries and customer outreach.

- Identify and suggest improvements to store operations.

- Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and legal standards.

- Support and mentor junior team members and operate as a key holder for store opening and closing.

Knowledge & Skills

- Excellent time management, delegation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

- Strong communication skills.

- Passion for wine and a willingness to learn, with a full UK/EU/EEA driving license (at least 12 months, no more than 6 penalty points).
