The Role

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll support your store team by driving sales and managing daily store operations. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service to optimize KPI performance.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for individuals who:

• Drive store performance by maximizing sales opportunities and supporting targets through KPI focus
• Deliver market-leading customer service to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Offer personalized VIP concierge service, keeping customers informed about products and tastings
• Share your passion for products through in-depth knowledge and storytelling
• Own your wine knowledge, supporting your WSET qualification and confidence in selling
• Maintain the store’s appearance and organization internally and externally
• Participate in operational tasks like delivering wine, stock merchandising, and customer outreach
• Identify and suggest improvements to store operations
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and safety regulations
• Support and mentor junior team members, embodying Majestic’s Ways of Working
• As a key holder, manage store opening and closing procedures confidently

Knowledge & Skills Required
