The Role

As a Sales Assistant/Driver, you will support your store team by driving sales and managing daily store operations. You will deliver exceptional customer service to optimize KPI performance and support the store’s delivery schedule by driving a company van when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by maximizing sales opportunities and supporting targets through KPI focus.
• Provide exceptional customer service to foster business growth through loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Offer a VIP concierge service, actively contacting customers with updates on products and tastings.
• Share your passion for products through in-depth knowledge of our range.
• Own your wine knowledge, supporting your WSET qualification and confidence in selling.
• Ensure the store’s physical appearance and maintenance are maintained both internally and externally.
• Participate in operational tasks such as delivering wine, merchandising, stock deliveries, and customer contact to drive sales.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and contribute ideas to your team.
• Remain compliant, safe, and legal by following policies, completing training, and operating as a key holder with store opening/closing responsibilities.
