Job summary

Tapping House is seeking a Sales Assistant for its Dereham shop. This part-time role (22.5 hours/week over 3 flexible days) involves delivering excellent customer service, helping manage staff and volunteers, and supporting store operations to maximise income for the charity.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic team player, assist with banking procedures, and occasionally cover other shops within a reasonable distance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key holder and open/close the shop on occasion.
• Complete end-of-day banking procedures when required.
• Provide support covering other Tapping House shops within a reasonable distance when needed.
