Working Patterns: Flexible shifts between Monday to Sunday.

As part of the Asda team, you'll support retail customers with foreign exchange, ensuring their travel begins positively.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with customers to understand their travel needs.
• Become a trusted travel money advisor, supporting with Travelex products.
• Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Meet procedural, operational, and customer service goals.
• Handle daily FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail.
• Follow legal, regulatory, and Travelex compliance standards.
