The job: Working as part of our Retail team in Wednesbury, Junction 9, you will be a vital part of the store\'s success. You will help ensure every store visit is exceptional for our customers by understanding their needs and advising them on high-value purchases.

Responsibilities
  • Make customers feel at home through exceptional service by listening to needs, asking the right questions at the right time, and guiding them to the perfect fit
  • Be on hand as customers browse in store, from greeting at the door to getting to know them and their sleep preferences
  • Become a Sleepmatch Master, using our market-leading sleep technology to help customers choose the right mattress
  • Help maintain the store\'s appearance, including general housekeeping, cleaning, and updating displays
Qualifications
  • People-first: Engaging, positive personality with an ability to bond with customers
  • Communicator: Excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Motivated: Ability to work towards KPIs and sales targets (no prior sales experience required)
  • Team player: Contributes to an enjoyable, inclusive store environment
  • Willing to learn: Curious and eager to learn to become an excellent Bed Expert
  • Flexible: Available to work full-time (38.5 hours per week) across 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays; ability to earn more commission on busy days
