We’re looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our Nottingham team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, building relationships, and assisting clients in finding products that meet their needs. You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless, enjoyable experience for every customer, all while developing key sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly and assist them in finding the products that best fit their needs.
• Provide product information, answer questions, and demonstrate product features in an engaging and knowledgeable manner.
• Assist in setting up promotional displays to attract customers and highlight product benefits.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail space that enhances the customer experience.
• Track and update inventory levels, restocking items as necessary.
• Support promotional events and initiatives, actively engaging customers and encouraging participation.
• Accurately handle sales transactions and customer inquiries.

What We’re Looking For:

• Full right to work in the UK (Please note: Tier 4 and PSW visas are not eligible for this role).
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required, as we provide full training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing sales techniques.
• Ability to work flexibly and effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting customer needs.
