The job

Working as part of our Retail team in Oxford for 16 hours a week, you will be a vital part of the store’s success. You’ll work closely with members of the public to understand their needs and advise them on high‑value purchases, making every store visit exceptional for customers.

• Making customers feel at home through exceptional service by listening to their needs and guiding them to the right fit.
• Being on hand from greeting at the door to understanding customers’ sleep preferences as they browse.
• Becoming a Sleepmatch Master, using market-leading sleep technology to help customers choose the right mattress.
• Helping maintain store appearance through housekeeping and updating displays.
