A leading convenience retailer in North Hayling is seeking a part-time Store Colleague/Sales Assistant to provide first class customer service and engage in active selling. Responsibilities include managing cash operations, stock control, and ensuring store cleanliness. Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills and the ability to promote products effectively. Training will be provided, and employee benefits include discounts and a pension scheme.
Required for 16.00 hours per week. Here at McColls we pride ourselves on being the second largest multiple convenience operator in the UK. As a Store Colleague/Sales Assistant it will be your responsibility to ensure our customers receive the first class customer service that they have come to expect every time they visit one of our stores. It is also about talking to customers promoting various products through active selling (Please do not worry we will train you to do this).
