As part of the Asda team, you'll work in a lively retail environment, helping customers with their foreign exchange needs and ensuring a great start to their travel experience.

What will you be doing?

• Building relationships with customers to understand their travel needs.
• Becoming a travel money ambassador and trusted advisor, promoting Travelex products and services.
• Processing foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Meeting key performance and customer service goals.
• Handling online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail.
• Following legal, regulatory, and Travelex compliance standards.
