As part of the Tesco team, you'll support retail customers with their foreign exchange needs, ensuring their travel experience begins smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with customers to understand their travel needs.
• Act as a travel money ambassador, providing support and advice on Travelex products.
• Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Meet performance goals related to procedures, operations, and customer service.
• Handle daily FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail.
• Follow legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.
