A leading convenience store operator in the UK is seeking a Store Colleague/Sales Assistant in Lincoln. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and promoting products through direct customer interaction. The role includes cash handling, stock control, and maintaining store presentation. Ideal candidates should be eager to learn and enjoy working with people. Required for 24.00 hours per week. Here at McColls we pride ourselves on being the second largest multiple convenience operator in the UK. As a Store Colleague/Sales Assistant it will be your responsibility to ensure our customers receive the first class customer service that they have come to expect every time they visit one of our stores. It is also about talking to customers promoting various products through active selling. (Please do not worry we will train you to do this).
All other rates will be discussed at interview.
