Job Title: Retail Sales Assistant

Join us as a Retail Sales Assistant at LIMAVADY AGRI & BUILD LIMITED.

Salary: Starting at £12.21 per hour (negotiable based on experience and knowledge).

About the Role

We are seeking full-time Retail Sales Assistants to provide excellent customer service at our Limavady location. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Understanding and fulfilling customers' needs and expectations.
2. Providing information on pricing and product availability.
3. Ensuring high customer satisfaction through prompt, courteous service.
4. Merchandising products to high standards.
5. Managing point of sale processes.
6. Staying updated on product features and benefits.

Candidate Requirements

• Well-presented and clearly spoken.
• Friendly, customer-focused, positive, and flexible attitude.
• Responsible and driven to deliver excellent service.
• Previous experience in a builders merchant, DIY hardware store, or in the construction or agricultural sector is advantageous.
