Job description

We are currently recruiting a Sales Assistant for our client’s depot in Forfar. This role is ideal for individuals with a retail or hospitality background who are seeking a new challenge.

In this position, no two days are the same. You will work in their showroom, assisting with the sale, demonstration, handover, and installation of a wide range of Lawn and Garden and Groundcare equipment. Additionally, you will spend time in the parts department, handling counter sales, internal goods, and customer inquiries.

You will collaborate daily with the existing sales, administration, parts, and workshop teams to ensure smooth communication across the business. You will also participate in company open days and events.

The role involves a broad set of responsibilities. They are looking for someone confident working independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and previous experience in a customer-facing role.

Knowledge or previous experience in parts is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided in the relevant areas.
