The job:

As part of our Retail team in Farnborough, you will contribute to the store's success by providing exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs, and advising on high-value purchases.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Making customers feel at home through excellent service, listening to their needs, and guiding them to find the perfect fit.
2. Assisting customers throughout their shopping experience, from greeting to understanding their sleep preferences.
3. Becoming a Sleepmatch Master to help customers choose the right mattress using our sleep technology.
4. Maintaining store appearance through housekeeping and updating displays.

The Person:

We are looking for someone who is:
