Job summary

Krispy Kreme in Enfield is hiring a part-time team member to welcome guests, take orders at the counter and drive-thru, and help keep the store sparkling. No prior experience is required as full training is provided, and you'll join a friendly, energetic team.

You’ll work across shifts from early morning to late evening, with 18+ eligibility and a commitment to great service. If you love doughnuts and teamwork, this is a chance to start a career in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly smile and assist at drive-thru or dine-in.
• Serve doughnuts and drinks with care and upsell suggested flavours.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and presentable during busy periods.
• Handle till operations and assist across display areas as needed.
• Support a safe, fun, and fast-paced store environment.

This is the largest of our Krispy Kreme stores — offering customers the full experience: dine-in, drive-thru, and, of course, our famous Hot Light. It’s where doughnut magic meets customer connection, and it could be the perfect place to kickstart your career.

As a team member, you’ll rotate across key areas — from welcoming drive-thru guests and serving dine-in customers, to keeping the store in top shape and being part of the action when the Hot Light is on.

Our stores typically open from around 7am and close around 1am, so some shifts may involve lone working, especially during early mornings or late evenings. That’s why we require all applicants to be 18 or over and confident working independently when needed.

We provide full training, so no experience is needed — just bring your energy, great customer service skills, and a drive to master your craft as part of the Krispy Kreme family.
