Job summary

Krispy Kreme Ireland Limited is hiring a friendly team member for our UK store in Bexleyheath. You’ll be the welcoming face serving doughnuts and drinks, helping customers, and keeping the store running smoothly during busy periods.

The role involves lone working at times, closing shifts and weekend work. Paid training, uniform provided, holiday pay, and development opportunities are part of the package. A positive attitude goes a long way.

As part of the team in this uniquely designed store, you’ll be the friendly face serving up fresh doughnuts and drinks, welcoming every customer with a smile, and keeping the store running smoothly throughout the day.

This role does involve lone working at times, so you’ll need to be confident working independently — and for that reason, all applicants must be 18 or over.

We’ll provide all the training you need — just bring your positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a love for making people’s day a little bit sweeter.

What You’ll Be Doing

Join the team that brings smiles (and doughnuts) to life! As a team member, you’ll:

• Welcome every guest with a friendly face and genuine warmth
• Serve up our delicious doughnuts and drinks with confidence and careRecommend your favourite flavours and help guests find theirs
• Keep the store looking fresh, stocked, and ready for the next rush
• Jump in where needed - from the till to the display, and everywhere in between
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and fun environment

We’re on the lookout for someone who’s:

• 18 or over (due to lone-working responsibilities)
• Working Hours: Seeking part-time hours. This role primarily involves closing shifts and weekend work.
• Available throughout the week, Monday to Sunday
• A natural team player with a passion for making someone’s day
• Positive, eager to learn, and ready to roll up their sleeves
• Dependable, enthusiastic, and brings good vibes wherever they go
