About

Retail Sales Assistant – Doncaster

Location: Doncaster

Hours: 32 hours per week (Monday to Saturday – Saturday mornings only)

Start Date: Immediate

Job Type: Temporary with potential to go permanent

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our client’s retail team in Doncaster. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous retail experience who is looking for an immediate start and the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
• Assist customers with product selection and general enquiries
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
• Operate the till and handle transactions accurately
• Replenish stock and support with stockroom duties
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail sales experience is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible to work Monday to Saturday (Saturday mornings only)
• Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
