The job:

Working as part of our Retail team in Clydebank for 20 hours a week, you will be a vital part of the store's success. Your role involves providing exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs, and advising on high-value purchases.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Making customers feel at home through excellent service, listening to their needs, and guiding them to find the perfect fit
• Engaging with customers during their store visit, from greeting to understanding their sleep preferences
• Becoming a Sleepmatch Master, using our sleep technology to assist customers in choosing the right mattress
• Maintaining store appearance through housekeeping and updating displays
