As part of the Tesco team, you'll work in a busy retail environment supporting customers with foreign exchange services, ensuring their travel experience begins positively.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with customers to understand their travel needs.
• Become a trusted travel money advisor, promoting Travelex products and services.
• Accurately process foreign exchange transactions.
• Meet performance goals related to procedures, operations, and customer service.
• Handle daily online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail.
• Follow legal, regulatory, and Travelex compliance standards.
