Hours per week: 16

Salary: £13 per hour + Monthly Bonus

Working Patterns: This job is suitable for those who are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts between Monday and Sunday.

As part of the Asda team, you'll support retail customers with their Foreign Exchange needs, ensuring a smooth travel experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Building relationships with customers to understand their travel needs.
• Becoming a travel money ambassador and trusted advisor, promoting Travelex products and services.
• Processing foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Meeting performance goals related to procedures, operations, and customer service.
• Handling daily online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail.
• Adhering to legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.
