As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be working 15.5 hours per week and your mission is clear: to provide customers with an unparalleled service experience. You will be a trusted expert in our store, guiding golfers toward the right products and helping them achieve their golfing goals. Your daily responsibilities will encompass executing our proven GAMES sales process, delivering exceptional customer service, and consistently exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities include; Executing our GAMES sales process, and ensuring every customer receives personalised attention through expert guidance and product knowledge. Achieve and surpass sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining a welcoming and engaging in-store environment. You will contribute to a positive team dynamic and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.

To excel in this role, you should embody a passion for golf and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Your enthusiasm for the sport, coupled with your sales and retail experience, will set you up for success.
