Brewers Decorator Centres in Worthing is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Advisor with driving duties to provide exceptional service and support for customers in-store and in the local area. The role includes making contactless deliveries with the company Transit van and assisting with paint mixing, special orders, and stock requests.

The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills, be approachable and team-oriented, and hold a full clean driving licence.

Qualifications

• Enjoys teamwork but can work independently when needed.
• Full clean manual driving licence is required.
• Retail experience or product knowledge is advantageous, as full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers in-store to uphold Brewers’ reputation for quality service.
• Use product knowledge to recommend and help customers find the best products.
• Make contactless deliveries to customers in and around the local area using the company van.
• Mix paint for customers, process specialist orders, and request stock as needed.
• Build relationships with customers to identify needs and provide a comprehensive service.
• Keep the warehouse organized and safe according to company standards.
• Promote seasonal items and merchandise to increase sales and visibility.
• Unload deliveries and distribute stock throughout the store.

Salary £16,881 per annum plus pension and company benefits

We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly and reliable Part Time Retail Sales Advisor with Driving Duties to join our Brewers Decorator Centre in Worthing, to provide exceptional service to our customers. This vital role will include making contactless deliveries in and around the local area - experience with our products isn't necessary, if you bring great customer service and team working skills to the table, we'll give you everything you need to succeed.

Our store, which is located on the Mulberry Lane Trading Estate in Goring-By- Sea, has been serving the local community for over 30 years and is well known for being the first choice for decorating materials in the area, plays host to a large showroom which stocks an extensive range of wallpapers, blinds, curtains, designer and trade paintings along with all the decorating tools and accessories our customers need to complete their home décor projects. Internet terminals in the branch also allow our customers to order products directly into the store. The branch opening hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 5pm.

As a Retail Sales Advisor with Driving Duties for Brewers, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional service to customers in the branch, to deliver upon our reputation for quality Brewers service
• Using product knowledge to provide recommendations and help customers find the best product for their needs
• Making contactless deliveries to customers in and around the local area driving our Company Transit van
• Mix paint for Customers, process specialist orders, and request special stock within the Branch network
• Build relationships with customers to fully identify their needs and allow us to provide a comprehensive service
• Keep our warehouse organised and safe, in line with company standards
• Promote seasonal and special items, including merchandising goods in-store to increase visibility and sales
• Unload deliveries and ensure stock is distributed throughout the store

• Previous retail experience or product knowledge would be advantageous but not essential, as full training will be given to the right person.
