Job Description

Join our Apricot family in one of our retail stores! We are seeking a knowledgeable Retail Sales Assistant to advance their career in fashion retail. The role involves working within the store team, possessing strong product knowledge, providing excellent customer service, and paying great attention to detail.

Contract: Part-Time, Permanent

Hours: 9 hours over 2 days per week, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday availability needed)

Pay Rate: £11.14 - £12.45 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience to every customer
• Participate actively in all training opportunities
• Work proactively with all team members
• Maintain and understand product knowledge
• Take ownership of tasks
• Follow operational practices and procedures, including deliveries, health and safety standards, stock takes, and replenishment
• Maintain high housekeeping standards throughout the store and stockroom areas
• Be aware of sales targets and performance
