Poltronesofà S.p.A. in Solihull is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor for a part-time role to welcome customers and help them choose furniture. The position covers 32 hours per week across four days, with a pay rate of £10.85 to £12.71 per hour and uncapped commission potential.

You will join the Retail department, handle customer orders and finance applications, strive for a 5-star shopping experience, and keep showrooms neat, safe, and welcoming while building product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure showrooms feel warm, friendly and safe for everyone.
• Maintain knowledge of Poltronesofà products and services.
• Undertake other duties as required.

Description

What's the opportunity?

As part of the Retail team, you'll be based within our store in Solihull welcoming customers in and talking to them about our gorgeous furniture.

This role would be working 32 hours per week over 4 days.

What does the role involve?

• Welcome customers into the store and support them in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their home
• Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications
• Accountable for delivering personal sales and KPIs
• Work within the team to deliver a 5 star customer experience
• Make sure the showrooms look their best through general housekeeping, cleaning and moving furniture when it's needed
• Help to make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within them
• Continuously develop and maintain knowledge on all poltronesofà products and services
• Undertake, as required, other duties in keeping with the general nature of the role
