Main Function

To deliver exceptional customer service, promote and sell all OMEGA products, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet and serve customers, providing a memorable experience.
2. Be knowledgeable about the product range, functions, and details of OMEGA watches and products.
3. Provide accurate information related to sales and customer service.
4. Assist in merchandise display and contribute to sales targets.
5. Deliver excellent customer service through various channels.
6. Help control shrinkage and maintain security awareness.
7. Follow store opening/closing procedures and handle deliveries responsibly.
8. Manage cash transactions securely, including payments and till operations.
9. Keep the store clean, presentable, and adhere to health and safety standards.
10. Maintain visual merchandising standards and effective communication.
11. Attend training sessions and stay updated on new products.
12. Represent the brand professionally and handle international customers with cultural awareness.
13. Undertake additional duties as directed by management.

Professional Requirements

• Experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury, jewelry, or watch retail.
• Passion for luxury products and customer service.
• Flexible with shifts and extended hours, including VIP events.
• Experience with international clientele; multilingual skills (e.g., Mandarin, Arabic) are a plus.
