Retail Sales Advisor, Chester Store

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as a Retail Sales Advisor at our Chester Store. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working as part of a team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the overall customer experience within the Liverpool Football Club Store is to the highest possible standard.

What will you be doing?

1. Dealing with customer sales and refunds, ensuring a focus on customer care and the customer experience.
2. Handling till transactions, including processing cash and card payments.
3. Building product knowledge to provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
4. Driving basic sales management metrics such as AVS, UPT, and Conversion by offering add-on sales and upselling.
5. Merchandising and display management.
6. Managing stock shrinkage and cash flow controls.
7. Supporting the receipt and storage of stock deliveries.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful, you must have recent retail store and customer service experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating excellent numeracy and literacy skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with confidence in delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a team. Retail and/or customer service qualifications would be advantageous. Flexibility to work varied hours is required.

This is a permanent role working 16 hours per week on a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and matchdays, primarily based in Chester.
