Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join Breguet as a Retail Sales Advisor. In this role, you will provide exceptional experiences for all visitors to the boutique to build long-term relationships and achieve sales targets. Working with colleagues, the Boutique Manager, and the Breguet management team, you will help ensure that every client experiences the high level of service worthy of a Breguet timepiece.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales and Business Development
    • Provide excellent client experience and follow-up to achieve sales targets.
    • Participate in local activation events in line with Brand guidelines.
    • Support colleagues with invoices, gifts, packaging, and follow-up on requests and inquiries.
    • Develop sales techniques and watchmaking knowledge.
  2. Boutique Operations
    • Participate in maintaining the boutique: displays, props, etc.
    • Understand and adhere to operating and security guidelines.
    • Ensure proper security and maintenance of stock timepieces.

Profile

  • Experience in luxury retail or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent client service and attention to detail.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to build relationships.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Curiosity and passion for learning.
  • Interest in Fine Watchmaking and Arts de Vivre.
