Exciting news! We are opening a new store in Cardiff and are seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Advisors to join our team. If you enjoy delivering exceptional customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are excited about a new store launch, this is your opportunity to make an impact from day one.

Responsibilities

1. Sales: Greet customers, provide product information, assist with displays, contribute to sales targets, oversee colleagues on the shop floor.
2. Security: Control shrinkage, handle transactions securely, maintain awareness of security hotspots.
3. Reporting: Keep accurate records, report issues, keep the store clean and organized, delegate tasks during peak times.
4. Communication: Follow policies, attend briefings, communicate confidently, understand international customer cultures.
5. Product Knowledge: Attend training, stay informed about new products, train colleagues, deliver product knowledge to customers.
6. Other: Perform duties as directed, act up in senior roles when needed, lead and motivate colleagues, uphold service standards.
