DFS in Stevenage is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor to help customers find the perfect sofa, bed, or finishing touches with friendly service and expert product knowledge.

You will be trained on our products and processes, with no prior sales experience required. The role offers a structured schedule and opportunities to earn through uncapped commission while delivering a great customer journey.

As a Retail Sales Advisor, you are the heartbeat of the store, guiding customers to find the perfect sofa, bed, or finishing touches. You'll use your passion for great service to bring comfort and joy into every customer's home.

We're looking for someone friendly and approachable who enjoys connecting with people. Full training is provided; no sales experience is necessary
