Retail Sales Advisor -13 / half hrs (Sat & Sun) -Wandsworth


New Shop Opening. Exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's best loved jewellery brands and help us spread our passion and enthusiasm for customers and our jewellery.


Warren James is on the lookout for a Retail Sales Advisor - someone who loves wearing and promoting our jewellery with a desire to drive sales and increase our brand awareness.

The Retail Sales Advisor Role
  1. Be part of a small team working within Warren James policies, procedures, and processes, helping to look after the shop and customers to maximise sales and customer numbers.
  2. Create a welcoming environment & great one-to-one customer experiences.
  3. Be involved with a variety of day-to-day jobs including our visual jewellery displays.
  4. Develop and maintain a good knowledge of our jewellery.
  5. Set a good example in everything you do.
The Retail Sales Advisor Essentials
  1. A genuine enjoyment for sales and a passion for jewellery and customer service.
  2. A smart and well-groomed appearance.
  3. An ability to work under your own initiative.
  4. Happy to contribute as part of a team and to follow management instruction.
  5. Attention to detail in everything you do.

Jewellery knowledge isn't required as training is provided.

  2. 28 days* holiday a year and after 5 years you'll receive 33 days* a year (*including 8 Bank Holidays pro rata for part time).
