Whats the opportunity?

As part of the Retail team, you'll be based within our store in Southampton at Hedge End Retail Park, welcoming customers and discussing our furniture offerings.

As a Retail Sales Advisor in this store, you can earn up to £45,000 with Commission.

What does the role involve?

• Welcoming customers into the store and assisting them in finding the perfect furniture for their home
• Completing customer orders accurately and processing finance applications
• Achieving personal sales targets and KPIs
• Working with the team to deliver a 5-star customer experience
• Maintaining the showroom's appearance through housekeeping, cleaning, and furniture movement as needed
• Ensuring the showroom remains a warm, friendly, and safe environment
• Continuously developing product knowledge on all offerings
• Undertaking additional duties as required, consistent with the role
