Warren James is looking for a Retail Sales Advisor—someone who loves wearing and promoting our jewellery with a desire to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

The Retail Sales Advisor Role
  • Be part of a small team working within Warren James policies, helping to look after the shop and customers to maximize sales and customer numbers.
  • Create a welcoming environment and deliver excellent one-to-one customer experiences.
  • Participate in daily tasks including maintaining visual jewellery displays.
  • Develop and maintain good knowledge of our jewellery products.
  • Set a good example in everything you do.
The Retail Sales Advisor Essentials
  • A genuine passion for jewellery and customer service.
  • Smart and well-groomed appearance to reflect our company's image.
  • Ability to work independently and use your initiative.
  • Team player willing to follow management instructions.
  • Attention to detail in all tasks.

Jewellery knowledge is not required as training will be provided.
