We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly and reliable Part Time Retail Sales Advisor to join our Brewers Decorator Centre in Peterborough. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales, and supporting the smooth operation of the branch.

Location & Hours

Located at Unit 17 Bourges View, Peterborough. Working 24 hours per week across 4 days, Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota. Branch hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm and Saturday 8am - 5pm.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £16,175 per annum plus pension and company benefits.

Role Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional service to customers in branch.
2. Use product knowledge to recommend products and assist customers.
3. Mix paint, process orders, and manage stock requests.
4. Promote and develop sales of our product range, including wallpaper, paint, and fabrics.
5. Build customer relationships to identify needs and provide comprehensive service.
6. Merchandise seasonal and special items to increase sales.
7. Assist with stock maintenance and organise deliveries.
8. Maintain a safe and organised warehouse environment.

Candidate Requirements

1. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
2. Approachable and friendly personality, supportive of team and independent work.
3. Willingness to attend training for Fire Marshall and First Aider roles.
4. Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress.
5. Retail experience or product knowledge is advantageous but not essential; full training provided.
