We are looking for a Retail Sales Advisor for 16 hours a week, across 5 days. Some weekend and bank holiday work will be required.
What will I be doing as a Retail Sales Advisor?
- Delivering first-class customer service in line with Nisbets expectations, ensuring all customer needs are met and encouraging repeat visits.
- Taking ownership of contributing to store sales targets and KPIs, including Revenue, Margin, Conversion, Footfall, Quotes, and ATV to maximize profitability.
- Contributing to the store outreach plan using local knowledge, which may include outbound sales calls, visiting customers, and participating in store meetings and events.
- Performing general shop floor duties, including stock replenishment and processing deliveries.
- Ensuring visual merchandising standards are met to drive customer engagement and repeat business by maximizing Store KPIs.
- Accurately completing stock audits as guided by management.
- Processing customer payments in accordance with policy.
- Reading, understanding, and adhering to all retail policies communicated by your line manager.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in all areas of the store to create a healthy environment for customers and colleagues.
- Treating all visitors with respect and consideration, using provided training to handle difficult situations positively.
- Adhering to Health and Safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
- Proactively asking questions to ensure understanding of all working practices and procedures.
