Job summary

Molton Brown in the Trafford Centre, Manchester, is seeking a Seasonal Retail Advisor for a 6-hour week, fixed term ending 24 December 2026. You will guide customers through our world of fragrance, body care and home scenting to help them choose products to Cleanse, Wear and Live in.

No experience is required; you will be supported by a friendly team with a strong store culture. Benefits include a 50% staff discount, a prorated bonus if targets are met, and flexible working options.

As a Seasonal Retail Advisor, you won’t just sell products, you’ll guide every customer through our world of fragrance, body care and home scenting to discover the perfect lifestyle products to Cleanse, Wear and Live in for themselves and their loved ones.

You don’t need experience to join us, we ask that you are reliable, a true team player to support the commercial and operational aspirations of the store and have a passion for delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience to every customer, every day, to achieve store targets.
