Retail Sales Advisor - 13.5hrs - Dover

Warren James is looking for a Retail Sales Advisor—someone who loves wearing and promoting our jewellery with a desire to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

The Retail Sales Advisor Role

  • Be part of a small team, working within company policies and procedures, to look after the shop and customers, maximising sales and customer numbers.
  • Create a welcoming environment and provide excellent one-to-one customer experiences.
  • Engage in daily tasks including maintaining visual jewellery displays.
  • Develop and maintain good knowledge of our jewellery products.
  • Set a good example in all aspects of your work.

The Retail Sales Advisor Essentials

  • A genuine enjoyment for sales and a passion for jewellery and customer service.
  • A smart, well-groomed appearance.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Team player who follows management instructions.
  • Attention to detail in all tasks.

Jewellery knowledge is not required as training is provided.
