Description

What’s the opportunity?

As part of the Retail team, you’ll be based within our store in Cheltenham in Kingsditch Retail Park, welcoming customers and discussing our furniture offerings.

As a Retail Sales Advisor, you can earn up to £30,000.00 with Commission.

What does the role involve?

• Welcoming customers into the store and assisting them in finding the perfect furniture for their home
• Completing customer orders accurately and processing finance applications
• Achieving personal sales targets and KPIs
• Delivering a 5-star customer experience as part of the team
• Maintaining the showroom’s appearance through housekeeping, cleaning, and furniture movement
• Ensuring the showroom is a warm, friendly, safe environment for all visitors
• Continuously developing knowledge of all products and services
• Undertaking other duties as required, consistent with the role
