Job Type: Temporary contract until June 2026

Pay: $20.92 / hr.

Customer Service Orientation
  • Serving our customers efficiently and courteously over the phone and in person, including up-selling and cross-selling corporate products and services.
  • Handling customer complaints and inquiries, problem solving, and working to resolve shipment, equipment, and technology challenges.
  • Collaborating with Head Office, management, drivers, warehousing staff, and other partners to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Building positive relationships with customers, vendors, tenants, and key contacts.
  • Assisting customers with shipping details and account issues using technology.
  • Loading, scanning, logging, and resolving freight issues.
Responsibilities
  • Communicating positively with all stakeholders both orally and in writing.
  • Taking personal responsibility and accountability for actions.
  • Adhering to corporate policies, safety standards, and uniform requirements.
  • Being punctual and reliable.
  • Living the Purolator values and representing them to customers and partners.
  • Focusing on customer service, problem solving, relationship building, and technology use.
  • Having 3-12 months of customer service, retail, and POS system experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs and stand for 3-hour intervals.
  • Exhibiting professional communication, listening, and attention to detail skills.
  • Experience working independently and in teams, with safety standards is an asset.
