Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a Replenishment Manager for our Clifton store to oversee stock flow, deliveries, and shop-floor organization. You will lead a team to ensure shelves are full, accurately stocked, and easy to shop, while meeting availability targets.

The role requires flexibility across early mornings, days, evenings and weekends, as the business operates with high turnaround and dynamic stock movement. You’ll play a key part in store efficiency and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail, warehouse, or logistics.
• Understanding of stock control, deliveries, and replenishment processes.
• A hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up approach.
• Ability to work at pace and keep your team focused and motivated.
• Confidence to prioritise, problem-solve, and make decisions quickly.
