Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Build an external talent pool within your related disciplines through proactive recruitment, networking events, and innovative talent pipelining strategies.
- Proactively enhance the JD employer brand externally within your network using social media, events, and careers fairs.
- Understand specific skills and match them with the requirements of each role.
- Relay initial candidate insights to the hiring manager at critical stages such as interviews and offer management.
- From the first candidate contact, act as a professional advocate of the JD group.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring candidates are well-informed and cared for at each stage.
- Ensure business areas follow a structured interview process to identify high-performing candidates who align with our business requirements and values.
- Provide detailed acquisition data to the Talent Acquisition senior leadership team and line managers for review.
- Manage live vacancies on ATS, LinkedIn, and other resourcing platforms by collating, uploading, and updating postings.
- Manage the applicant tracking system to filter and update applications efficiently.
- Assist with careers fairs both off-site and virtual.
- Ensure all job descriptions are current and utilized throughout the recruitment process.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE NEEDED:
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment within a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Stakeholder management and influence throughout hiring cycles.
- Strong external network and knowledge of best acquisition practices from leading organizations, kept up-to-date.
- Experience presenting acquisition data such as cost-to-fill and time-to-hire.
- Knowledge of HR and ATS systems.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment marketing.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers.
- This role requires frequent travel across Southern Regions (London Central, South & Wales) as well as our head office in Bury, Greater Manchester.
