Are you a friendly, confident, and well-presented individual who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for a Receptionist to join our luxury British country pursuit retailer, playing a key role as part of the store's welcoming face.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and visitors with a warm, professional attitude
• Maintain a smart and polished appearance
• Operate the till accurately
• Manage "Click & Collect" and alterations handover
• Liaise with the tailor regarding garment alterations
• Promote and sell accessories displayed at reception
• Keep the reception area tidy, well-stocked, and inviting
• Direct visitors attending meetings with back-of-house staff

What We're Looking For / Qualifications

• Excellent multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining an attractive workspace
• Basic cash handling and till operation experience
• Ability to work well as part of a team with support from a Reception Supervisor
