Retail Property Manager – London | Up to £60K

An exciting opportunity has just landed for a driven Retail Property Manager to join a well-established Real Estate organisation, in London. You’ll be stepping into a key role within their flagship Retail Management team, overseeing the operations of one of their most high-profile and valuable retail portfolios.

If you're ready to manage standout assets and work alongside top-tier global investors, this one’s for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day management of premium retail assets across the portfolio
  • Implement leasing strategies and negotiate key lease events
  • Support redevelopment projects on shopping centre assets
  • Collaborate with global investors and internal teams to maximise portfolio performance
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality client reporting
  • Identify opportunities to drive asset value and tenant engagement

What You’ll Need:

  • Strong background in commercial property management (retail experience a plus!)
  • Experience with shopping centres or multi-let retail is ideal, but not essential
  • Confident communicator with both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office
  • MRICS qualification is desirable but not a deal-breaker
